Bisanti Agency ("we", "us", "our"), a brand of CARTVERTSING di Claudio Bisanti (sole proprietorship / ditta individuale), provides the Texo content automation platform ("Texo", "the Service") accessible at texo.bisanti.agency and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Texo.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information. When we create your Texo account on your behalf (via invitation), we store your name and email address to provide you access to the platform.

Third-Party Platform Credentials. To publish content on your behalf, Texo connects to third-party services including WordPress, Odoo, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Depending on the platform, we securely store either OAuth tokens (LinkedIn, Meta) or API keys (WordPress, Odoo) necessary to perform publishing and data synchronization actions. We do not store your passwords for any third-party service.

Generated Content. Texo creates text and images using artificial intelligence based on your configured preferences, brand voice profile, and editorial programs. This content is stored within your workspace until published or deleted.

Usage Data. We track platform usage metrics such as content generation counts, publishing activity, and AI resource consumption for the purposes of service delivery, billing, and platform improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Texo platform
Generate and publish content on your behalf via connected channels
Manage your account and process payments
Monitor AI usage for cost tracking and billing purposes
Communicate with you about your account or the Service
Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content, brand voice data, and editorial preferences are used solely to generate content within your Texo workspace.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Third-Party Platforms. When you authorize Texo to publish content, we transmit the generated content to the platforms you have connected (e.g., WordPress, Odoo, LinkedIn, Meta). This is necessary to perform the core function of the Service.
Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
AI Service Providers. Content generation uses third-party AI APIs (such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI). Prompts and generated outputs are transmitted to these providers for processing. We select providers with data processing agreements that prohibit the use of customer data for model training.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure. All sensitive credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Data in transit is protected via TLS/HTTPS.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination:

Your workspace data (content, settings, brand voice profile) will be deleted within 30 days
Third-party OAuth tokens are revoked and API keys are deleted immediately
Billing records may be retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
Data Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format
Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for third-party platform connections at any time by disconnecting them in your Texo dashboard

7. For European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you have subscribed to

Legitimate Interest: For usage analytics and service improvement

Your data may be transferred to servers located outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection law.

8. For California Users (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

9. Cookies

The Texo application uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. On these public bisanti.agency pages, Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept analytics. Use “Analytics preferences” to change or withdraw that choice. Declining leaves Google Analytics disabled. Your preference is stored in your browser for six months.

10. Children's Privacy

Texo is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Texo platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
