These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Texo content automation platform ("Texo", "the Service") provided by Bisanti Agency, a brand of CARTVERTSING di Claudio Bisanti (sole proprietorship / ditta individuale) ("we", "us", "our"). By using Texo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Texo is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates, manages, and publishes content across multiple channels on your behalf. The Service includes content generation using artificial intelligence, editorial program management, content approval workflows, and automated publishing to connected third-party platforms.
Texo uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) to generate content. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may require your review and editing before publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
Access to Texo is provided by invitation. We create your account and provide login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Texo is offered as a monthly subscription service. Pricing, included content volumes, and additional credit packs are described at the time of your enrollment. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
Early access pricing is locked for the duration specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your billing date to discuss your options.
You retain ownership of all content generated by Texo on your behalf, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and AI-generated images. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service, including publishing content to the third-party platforms you have authorized.
Your brand voice profile, editorial preferences, and knowledge base data remain your property. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
Texo connects to third-party platforms including WordPress, Odoo, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). By authorizing these connections, you confirm that you have the right to publish content on those platforms and that your use complies with their respective terms of service.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party platforms that may affect the Service. If a third-party platform revokes access or changes their API, we will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
You agree not to use Texo to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We aim to provide reliable access to Texo but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bisanti Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. We are not liable for any damages arising from the publication of content you have approved.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bisanti Agency from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content published through your Texo account.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After termination, your workspace data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
The Texo platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bisanti Agency. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Italy. For users in the United States, any disputes may alternatively be resolved in the state and federal courts of Florida, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Texo platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
