One operational record
Keep the request, site information, inspection evidence, and report connected through the stages of the job.
IMS is a working inspection management platform, originally built for TechToYou LLC to manage its inspection process. It connects office teams and field inspectors. It brings scheduling, mobile fieldwork, evidence collection, and signed reports into one connected workflow.
Inspection management is a sequence of handoffs. An office team receives a request and assigns the work; an inspector gathers evidence on site; the completed record needs to be reviewed and turned into a report. Each stage depends on information captured earlier.
For TechToYou LLC, we’re developing IMS around that connected process. The platform combines an operational web workspace with a mobile field app, with separate workspaces for the companies using it.
The work brings scheduling, buildings, inspection types, field records, and reporting into a coherent product. Office users can follow assignments and inspect the resulting records without treating fieldwork as a separate system.
The Energy workflow makes that connection tangible: the inspector captures measurements, the application calculates results, and the web record brings those results together with the signature and report actions.
Keep the request, site information, inspection evidence, and report connected through the stages of the job.
Use the web platform for office coordination and review, and the mobile app for guided work in the field.
Organize requests and checklists around inspection types so teams can capture the information a particular job requires.
IMS brings together a working web platform and mobile app around an inspection workflow, from office coordination to field records and reporting. IMS belongs to TechToYou LLC; the screenshots show the real application using synthetic demonstration data.
