PennySmart Group — Tax & Bookkeeping Services.

For a Florida business serving English- and Spanish-speaking clients, we built a bilingual website covering tax preparation, bookkeeping, and notary services. Clear service pages, practical resources, and a quote request form help visitors find the support they need.

The context

One clear service experience in two languages.

PennySmart Group serves individuals and small businesses across Southwest Florida. Its offering spans personal and business taxes, bookkeeping, and notary services, so visitors need to recognize the right service before making contact.

English and Spanish are part of that service experience. The website needs to communicate clearly in both languages while maintaining a consistent identity and navigation.

Our contribution

What we built.

We built a bilingual website with dedicated service pages, a structured homepage, practical resources, and contact paths. The homepage moves from the offer and service overview into the people behind the business, common questions, location information, and a quote request.

A shared design system connects the pages through typography, spacing, cards, and calls to action. Service pages can explain a specific need in more detail without making the homepage carry every part of the offering.

01

Organize around the visitor’s need

Separate individual taxes, business taxes, bookkeeping, and notary services so visitors can start with the relevant topic.

02

Treat language as part of navigation

Provide English and Spanish paths within a consistent website structure.

03

Keep contact close to the service

Give the individual service pages direct phone or message actions, alongside the site’s quote request flow.
