TechToYou — Content Workflow.

For an IT services company that needs regular marketing content, we’re developing an ongoing content workflow through Texo. It brings blog posts, social media, and newsletters into a shared production and publishing process.

The context

An editorial workflow alongside everyday IT operations.

TechToYou provides managed IT services to businesses. Its content work needs to stay connected to a changing field of security advisories, infrastructure news, and practical questions from customers.

The project focuses on a repeatable editorial process, so research, preparation, review, and publication can be handled as connected stages.

Our contribution

What we built.

The documented workflow brings industry research into drafts for the company’s blog and newsletters, with human approval before publication. Texo provides the product context for organizing this recurring content work.

The pipeline links research and drafting to the existing publishing channels. The purpose of the project is the content operation itself; the public website screenshot shows the environment in which editorial content is published.

01

Start from relevant source material

Connect content preparation to the IT subjects and developments that matter to the business’s audience.

02

Keep review in the process

Make approval a stage between preparing content and releasing it through a publishing channel.

03

Connect the stages

Treat research, drafts, review, and publishing as one workflow rather than a collection of disconnected tasks.

The project today.

This ongoing project combines content operations and automation. The article screenshot provides publishing context; it is not presented as evidence of a website redesign or a claim of measured marketing results.
